Multi-Gym Sport

The Harbinger Multi-Gym Sport is a portable gym system that can be used to do pull-ups, sit-ups, push-ups, and dips. The Harbinger Multi-Gym Sport targets arms, chest, core, and back muscles with workouts that ensure maximum muscle engagement. It features padded handles that allow for 3 grip positions to perform normal grip, close grip, and hammer grip pull-ups. The 300 lb. weight capacity makes it safe to use with a weight vest. Placed on the floor, the Harbinger Multi-Gym Sport can be used for sit-ups, push-ups, and dips; padded handles provide comfort and help to ensure correct form.
